6. (a) Classify malignant lymphomas. Describe the histological distinguishing features between Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. How is the prognosis of malignant lymphomas related to the histological type's? (20)

2. A 30 year old female has come with sudden loss of consciousness and right sided weakness following delivery. Mention differential diagnosis and line of investigations to arrive at a correct diagnosis. (60)

3. A 10 year old child from a mosquito prone slum area has come to emergency with high fever, severe bodyache, epistaxis, rash and shock. Enumerate clinical possibilities and laboratory investigations. How would you manage his shock? (60)
